Renewing Members
This membership year (2024-2025), renewing members do not need to fill out another membership application form... They only need to sign the Liability Release and Chalet Usage Agreement for the upcoming year and pay the renewal fees. An email was sent to all existing members detailing this years renewal procedure (which can be download by clicking here).
For those who have been members for more than a year, one will note that this year will require each person over the age of 18, to sign their own Liability Release and Chalet Rules Agreement. For those who have Family Memberships where there are children under 18 years of age, the Guardian/Parent now lists the dependents/children for which they will take responsibility, on their (the parent/guardian's) waiver/agreement.
This years renewal also offers one the ability to "electronically sign" the Liability Release and Chalet Rules agreements. See the email sent out for details/instructions. The online version for electronically signing is available here.
Lastly, this year's renewal allows one to pay by mailing a check, using the Paypal App on their phone, or using the Paypal website. Again; See the instructions in the email sent out.
In that a membership application is not being re-submitted this year... if you need to report changes from last year with regard to your Single/Family membership, please send an email to the Membership Chairperson, detailing what needs to be updated.
